Liability for loss or damage to cargo is strictly limited based on industry-standard weight-based calculations unless otherwise agreed in writing. NNN CARTING & STORAGE, INC. maintains comprehensive insurance, but we're limited to the declared value on the Bill of Lading.

• Maximum liability cap per shipment applies.
• Claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery.
• Hidden damage claims require immediate inspection photos.

Our standard credit term is Net 30 for established accounts. You'll find that prompt payment ensures the priority availability of our fleet for your next urgent delivery. Late payments may result in the suspension of transit services or additional storage fees for cargo currently in our warehouses.

While we're proud of our 98.4% on-time delivery record, we don't guarantee transit times in the event of Force Majeure (weather, port congestion, or infrastructure failures). We'll always communicate proactively if a delay occurs. Our team's priority is the safety of the cargo over aggressive speed.

Goods stored at our 1223 WALNUT ST facility are subject to the Warehouse Receipts Act. Customers are responsible for insuring their own inventory against fire and acts of God while located within our specialized freight transportation warehouses.
